As our Sr. Graphic Designer on the Brand Management team, will conceptualize new graphic, video, and print content that is consistent with our brand look, feel, and voice.

A day in the life.

• Conceptualizes graphics materials such as brochures, flyers, surveys, presentations, web graphics and Flash animation, and communicates progress with stakeholders throughout the project.
• Plans content, graphic aspects, and presentation of material, product, or service to optimize the success of the finished products.
• Proofs and recommends revisions of promotional materials at various stages of the approval and printing process to ensure specifications and standards are met.
• Provides approved outputs to production for printing to maintain consistency of finished products.
• Helps to create layouts with desktop publishing software and merges with applicable copy involving brochures, applications, inserts, advertisements, reports, and posters.
• Follows workflow process on all design projects to ensure consistency of design; complies with quality standards and solves design-related problems.
• Work closely with the BCSs to create and update benefit guide designs for clients during renewal period.
• Ensure each new hire has a headshot at on-boarding and updating headshots as they become out of date.
• Assist in capturing high quality videos content for social media, web, sales, and recruiting efforts.

Our future colleague.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• Experience in Marketing and Graphic design.
• Two years of graphic design experience minimum, five years or more preferred.
• Two to four years of experience in digital imaging and illustration with Adobe Creative Cloud, i.e. In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
