Position:

Senior Financial Analyst - Global Supply Chain

Job Description:

The Senior Financial Analyst (III) will support the Global Supply Chain function at Arrow.

Global Supply Chain manages Warehousing, Logistics, Transportation, and Commercial Trade Compliance for Arrow business units in multiple international regions. Main priority of this role is to provide Financial Planning and Analysis, Forecast, and Management Reporting for the above mentioned groups. Experience working with large data files and an expertise working with databases, and database management, is a prerequisite. The role requires that you interact regularly with multiple internal senior business partners including at Director level and above. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to distill large data into meaningful analysis a must.

What You'll Be Doing:

Support Arrow's N.A. Import Duty management team, including;

• Receipt based duty accruals support to Accounting,
• Support for Expensing Duty COGS to P&L,
• Duty billing and payment tracking
• Duty database management,
• Analysis for Duty drawback and reconciliation filings,
• Management reporting,
• Trending, variance analysis, and corrective action recommendations

Global Supply Chain Reporting;

• Produce Excel waterfall analysis management reporting for distribution to corporate FP&A and Global Supply Chain management team
• Own the KPI file distributed to SVP, Chief Supply Chain Officer
• Data management of the master financial consolidation file
• Data dashboard evolution using Power BI

Ad Hoc requests as required

What You'll Need:

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience preferred. Strong understanding of and experience of working with financial or accounting data. Should be comfortable with the interaction of the P&L and Balance Sheet.
• BA in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to consistently produce high quality analysis within tight deadlines by prioritizing, identifying roadblocks, and collaborating with colleagues and management
• Working knowledge of SQL and big data management.
• Experience building financial models and management reporting and implementing solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment.
• Exposure to Imports/Exports and/or Global Supply Chain a plus.

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
