Description:

GameStop is looking for a Senior ERP Product Manager to join the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) team in either Dallas, TX, Seattle, WA, or Pembroke Pines, FL. The S&OP team is responsible for the end-to-end planning and optimization of GameStop's supply chain. This role will represent key supply chain functions throughout the planning & implementation of an ERP system over the next year.

What You Will Do

• Represent S&OP & In Stock Operations through the ERP discovery & implementation process, ensuring business requirements and dependencies are accounted for within implementation project plan
• Facilitate meetings, technical deep dives, cross-functional workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and project reviews.
• Participates/leads program meetings, documents meeting notes, track identified issues, decisions and action items, and follow-up between meetings to drive issues to closure.
• Identify and mitigate risks, close functional gaps to ensure a successful implementation.
• Partner cross functionally to identify and understand current pain points using data and experience with best practices to recommend and implement scalable solutions
• Lead change management & training for end users within S&OP and In Stock Operations
• Provide timely, clear and concise communications to project stakeholders and leadership

• What You Will Need
• 5-7 years of experience managing ERP implementations, preferably with other retailers
• Demonstrated expertise in key business processes like Procure to Pay & Order to Cash and familiarity with industry best practices
• Ability to learn current business processes and bridge them to system functionality
• Understanding of change management, training, and ERP adoption within an organization
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders and team members to without authority
• Flexibility to travel as needed to support ERP rollout
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
