We are looking for a Senior eCommerce Manager, eTail to join our team and provide strategic growth vision, joint business plans and marketing strategy . The Senior eCommerce Manager, eTail is responsible for delivering our Sales and Profit targets for our collective E-Tail business which includes The Hut Group (including Dermstore), Lovely skin and other professional sites. The Senior eCommerce Manager, eTail interacts with the PCA SKIN and EltaMD marketing and global innovation teams to understand new product launches and key marketing and communication priorities to drive channel growth. This individual has a strong attention to detail and enjoys providing solutions to drive our brand equity and sales in this important and growing distribution channel.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop customer strategy and manage customer relationship
  • Acquire an understanding of customer needs and identify the organizational competencies and requirements to win with each key customer
  • Partner with Marketing to develop and execute Quarterly Business Reviews and annual Joint Business Plans that achieve planned and stretch customer sales and marketing goals and objectives
  • Serve as the customer's primary point of contact for EltaMD /PCA SKIN and develop strong relationships at every level of the customer organization
  • Establish regular cadence meetings with each customer to discuss current plans and activations and new opportunities with an eye on deeper strategic alignment opportunities
  • Analyzing sales information, develop both near and long term business growth strategies, including the identification of new eCommerce partners
  • Ensure digital brilliant basics are delivered with key customers (product descriptions, images, videos, R&R)
  • Manage T2T relationships, goal setting and investment planning by platform
  • Identify and assess new potential retail partners
  • Work with US marketing team to ensure customer needs related to marketing programs are met (e.g. GWP, sampling, content, product images)
  • Define and drive specific business objectives
  • Track pricing, promotion, presence and placement across all eTail customers digital shelf
  • Build strong working relationships with all customer account teams including Vendor Managers, Buyers, Marketing Managers and Merchandisers, and lead key meetings as an eCommerce and EltaMD/PCA SKIN expert
  • Design and deploy best practices across all key customers for Skin Health category regarding Assortment, Merchandising, and Test & Learns
  • Responsible for setting and delivering sales goals with e-retailers for both PCA SKIN and EltaMD
  • Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure continued product supply (US / China) for IMC needs
  • Collaborate with eMarketing to ensure growth driving plans & programs
  • Work closely with brand innovation team to understand launch timing and key messaging for new products

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications,psychology or related discipline
  • 7+ years of work experience in an e-commerce, brand management, or customer development role
  • Ascential Edge, Stackline and CommerceIQ system experience
  • Experience in Marketing and promotion plans as well as digital content
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and consumer marketing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA
  • Prior working experience in the skincare industry or a large, multi-national company within e-commerce.
