Are you our next Senior Director Supply Chain Planning, Analytics, and Process Excellence?

As the Senior Director of Supply Chain Planning, Analytics and performance management you will lead the supply chain planning and analytics team and collaborate with other key stakeholders along the end-to-end enterprise supply chain to profitably enable the business and commercial strategy. As the incumbent you will report directly to the VP of Supply Chain Management playing a pivotal role in advancing the maturity level and outcomes from the MIBP process. As the ideal candidate you should have prior experience and success in changing mindsets and behaviors to enhance organizational talent and capabilities to deliver and exceed business objectives will be critical. You will also need the ability to provide leadership during times of change and ambiguity.

What will you do?

  • Improve Supply Chain planning processes and MIBP maturity to optimize asset utilization while delivering excellent customer service and experience.
  • Implement planning tools to seamlessly work together and support the businesses' cost and service strategies including but not limited to using proven tools and disruptive capabilities to drive competitive advantage.
  • Enable a culture to change mindsets and behaviors to drive performance management, continuous improvement and benchmarking.
  • Set clear goals and measure each month, identify and focus on business opportunities that matter, and be able to link actions/plans to improving business EBITBA
  • Be a key influence and provide input in product distribution strategies with the commercial leaders in each segment.
  • Set-up the organization with appropriate resources to deliver on metrics and performance management
  • Develop, design and implement the Supply Chain strategic roadmap in collaboration with key leadership within the Commercial, Operations and Finance Organizations.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership and other key partners to identify current business challenges, potential root-causes and corrective actions.
  • Establish PMO governance and standards to manage key supply chain initiatives including project controls, risk mitigations, tracking and reporting project status, and project success criteria.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and support for the management of Continuous Improvement and PMO.

What do you need?
  • A bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, engineering, mathematics or related discipline is required.
  • A master's degree in supply chain or MBA is highly desirable.
  • APICS, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP certification is desirable.
  • Experience working with SAP, BI, Access, LLamasoft, or Tableau is required.
  • 12+ years of end to end supply chain experience with a deep and broad knowledge in planning, logistics and manufacturing is required.
  • Experience leading supply chain transformational change.
  • Leading cross-functional complex projects, teams, and effective continuous improvement
  • Previous experience in Chemicals, Agric, Bulk Logistics, 3PL
  • Experience with coaching, and mentoring teams
  • Experience in progressively maturing the Supply Chain Analytics capabilities to analyze supply chain strategies, decision making and measure supply chain performance
  • Experience in implementing business processes and best practices for IBP, S&OP, Supply Chain Performance Management, Advanced Analytics & Optimization
  • Experience implementing Supply Chain design, planning and execution technologies
  • Strong project management ability and executes projects that achieve target values
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to process complex financial and business case information
  • Ability to lead and influence leadership and cross functional teams
  • Ability to manage and prioritize outcomes and align resources with relevant projects
  • Ability to build cross functional consensus
  • Ability to find effective solutions to challenges using a combination of analytics, experience, industry knowledge and technologies
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex processes and results and present ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to build strong and sustainable relationships cross functionally across the business
