Job Responsibilities

Pennoni is currently looking for a Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager  with experience consistent, but not limited to:

• Performing and/or supervising all aspects of project efforts
  
• Engaging with PA regulatory agencies and providing expert testimony
  
• Proposal preparation and involvement with client relations
  
• Project budget tracking
  
• Overseeing and mentoring the junior engineering staff
  
• Fostering existing and developing new client relationships
  
• Quality assurance and quality control of projects
  

Required Attributes: 

• Minimum years of work experience: 12+ with commercial, retail, and residential land development and infrastructure design.
• Minimum years of management experience: 4-7
• Licenses required: Professional Engineer in PA required, LEED a plus
• Software skills required: AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office Suite, MS Project a plus
• Computer skills required: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft operating systems
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Preferred Attributes:

• Project management and/or task management; ability to provide expert testimony; responsibility for project profitability
