Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

In this role, you will perform financial and operational audits as well as Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) reviews under the supervision of Internal Audit Manager. In addition, you will be responsible for testing against prepared audit programs, preparation and review of work papers, communicating with external audit and business management, collaborate in financial and operational audits, with a focus on high-risk complex businesses and/or multiple business groups including accounting, financial reporting, tax, treasury and procurement.

For such a detail-oriented role, the Senior Internal Auditor will have experience in auditing financial statements, financial systems and controls with strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. You must have exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving which can build strong relationships with stakeholders. Possessing a professional certification as an accountant, auditor, or risk management professional would be an asset.

Annual base salary gross:  $70,750 - $120,722. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
