C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Auditor with SOX/SOC experience to join our global team. In this role, you will be involved in the planning and execution of internal audits and projects of varying complexity, including financial, regulatory, operational, and compliance across the organization. You will report to the Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Manager. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls, including SOX compliance and SOC-1 walkthrough documentation and compliance testing.
• Identify financial and business process risk, control gaps, and areas of improvement. Work with Finance Leadership and the SOX and Internal Controls team to enhance the control framework.
• Work closely with External Auditors and provide support as needed.
• Assist in scoping, planning, and execution of operational, financial, and other compliance related audits with independence, objectivity, and professionalism. Using a risk-based methodology, conduct interviews, review process and transaction flows, testing of transactions, making inquiries and observations, and analyzing results.
• Assess compliance with policies and procedures through continuous auditing procedures.
• Analyze and assess compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
• Communicate audit findings and best practices to auditee and management.
• Assist with Enterprise Risk Management process and in the planning and execution of Agile Audit projects.
• Participate in special projects (e.g., fraud investigations, executive projects).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 4 years audit or advisory/consulting experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience testing the design and effectiveness of internal controls (SOX, SOC)
• CPA, CIA, or similar certification
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Public Accounting
• Experience using the following applications: Oracle, SQL Server, SharePoint, Coupa, MS Teams
• Experience testing the design and effectiveness of IT General Controls
• Experience with FCPA/ Anti-Bribery and Corruption auditing
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
