You'll report to the Group Leader, Risk Management and be responsible for assisting in the development of risk management practices to support the ongoing enhancement and effectiveness of the Enterprise Risk Management program. You will assist in the development of ad hoc reporting to senior leadership (key risk indicators, scenario analysis, etc.) and will also assist in the development and execution of Enterprise Risk Management training.

For such a critical role, you will have at least 5 years of experience in Enterprise and/or Operational Risk Management. You will need to be a university graduate or equivalent from a related discipline. You'll need to have excellent analytical skills. Being an exceptional problem solver with the ability to communicate risk concepts and recommendations to business partners verbally and through presentation development is a must. Having prior experience working with teams across various locations and the ability to influence leaders to understand risk is preferred. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable.

The annual gross base salary range is $ 71,726.15 - $122,387.52 USD Annual. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
