Senior Accountant/Reporting Analyst

Job Description:

Arrow's Internal Reporting (Accounting) team has a new opening. The ideal candidate will have a strong Accounting education, with 4 or more years of experience with larger company and global consolidations (HFM), preparation of consolidated financial statements and preferably some exposure to technical accounting issues. What You'll Be Doing:
* Assist with monthly consolidation of Arrow's worldwide results
* Assist with preparation and review of monthly consolidated financial statements
* Requires extensive monthly analytical review of financial results
* Requires communication with corporate and field management regarding financial performance
* Responsible for complex intercompany transactions and improving intercompany reporting between the regions
* Responsible for researching technical accounting as it relates to financial statement preparations
* Supervision of staff accountant, providing training and guidance as necessary
* Develop process efficiencies
* Preparation of ad-hoc analysis as required by executive management
* Works closely with all financial departments to ensure accurate reporting of financial information

What You'll Need:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
* Minimum of 4 years related Accounting experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
* Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
* Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Additional Qualities That Will Help You Succeed:
* CPA
* Big 4 and/or Fortune 200 experience
* Reporting/Consolidation experience
* Hyperion/Essbase experience

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
