*Job Location: * San Antonio, TX (Hybrid 2x on-site)
*Salary Range: * $120,000 to $130,000 +10% bonus

*Must Have Skills: *
1.) 5+ years of experience
2.) CPA Certification
3.) SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting background
4.) Knowledgeable in U.S. GAAP

*Pluses (Not required): *
1.) Big 4 or public accounting experience

What You Will Be Doing You will be reporting directly to the Director of Reporting and Technical Accounting. As the SEC Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the monthly financial statement consolidation, technical GAAP research, and cash flows. The perfect candidate is someone who is passionate and hungry to learn and contribute to the company's success and looking forward to career growth.
What You Need for this Position *Must Have Skills: *
1.) 5+ years of experience
2.) CPA certification
3.) SEC Reporting and Technical accounting background
4.) Knowledgeable in US GAAP
