Your Role

Life Science is a rapidly advancing field with a constant influx of new technologies to enable researches to achieve results never before possible. This rapid technological advancement provides many opportunities for development of new products and services. We are looking for a creative and entrepreneurial, forward thinking scientist with a broad background in Life Science topics as the focus areas will range from research to production areas.

  • Scout and evaluate new and exciting technologies for existing applications or existing technologies for new applications towards addressing evolving needs in a variety of technology areas relevant for pharma.
  • Engage with internal and external collaborators and customers as technical champion for the technology of focus.
  • Provide technical guidance or execute critical experiments to establish key proof-points needed to make the right strategic investment decisions.
  • Leverage specialized knowledge and analytical skills to solve complex problems
  • Summarize and present experimental results in written and oral reports
  • Participate in strategic planning to identify new areas for future development
  • Present the company at international conferences to promote our brand awareness

Who you are
Minimum Requirements:
  • MS or Ph.D. in Life Science or related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience at the post-doctoral and/or industrial level
  • Hands-on experience across a broad range of life science applications
  • Highly organized; independent self-starter able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; adapt well to change and able to prioritize multiple projects
  • Agile learner interested in a broad variety of Life Science technology
  • Innovative problem solver with creative thinking skills for overcoming difficult experimental challenges
  • Ability to work equally well on a multidisciplinary team or independently
  • Excellent experimental planning and data interpretation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
