SCA Data Technician

Location : Preferred location of employment: Baltimore, MD, Harrisburg, PA, Hingham, MA, Indianapolis, IN, South Portland, ME, East Syracuse, NY, Denison, TX. The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

National Government Services is a proud member of Elevance Health's family of brands. We administer government contracts for Medicare and partner with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to transform federal health programs.

Pay: the pay for this position varies by location, is set by the government, and is non-negotiable.

The pay is as follows:

• Baltimore, MD - $21.40
• Harrisburg, PA - $19.37
• Hingham, MA - $21.40
• Indianapolis, IN - $20.38
• South Portland, ME - $19.37
• East Syracuse, NY - $20.38
• Denison, TX - $19.37

The SCA Data Technician is responsible for conducting research and collecting and entering data for complex and moderately varied issues and situations.

How you will make an impact:

• Collects data.
• Inputs data to spreadsheets and databases.
• Updates databases as needed.

Minimum Requirements

Requires HS diploma or equivalent; a minimum of 3 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

This position is part of our NGS (National Government Services) division which, per CMS TDL 190275, requires foreign national applicants meet the residency requirement of living in the United States at least three of the past five years.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences

• Strong written and oral communication, organization, problem-solving, and PC skills are strongly preferred.
• Experience in using Microsoft Office is strongly preferred.
• It is highly preferred that this candidate can swiftly adapt to changes in business needs and requirements.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $20.38
