SAP HCM Specialist

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated SAP HCM Analyst for a REMOTE opportunity.

Position Title: SAP HCM Specialist

Location: REMOTE
Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP

Expected Duration: 6 Months Contract

Job Type: Contract and Remote (Anywhere in USA)
Pay Range: $95-$100/hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description

The SAP HCM Specialist is an HCM domain expert and is responsible for producing solution design documentation for complex HCM related enterprise solutions leveraging the latest technologies and solutions available for SAP HCM under Deloitte.

Roles:

Contributes to solutions within the SAP HCM PA OM Benefits studio of the Talent delivery channel under the direction of the SAP HCM Manager

Serves as a functional SAP HCM PA OM Benefits specialist using their knowledge of SAP ECC, how data is staged and utilized with integrations to formulate solutions to address business problems.

Completing configuration and technical recommendations for SAP HCM based applications.

Teaming with business users to promote business process improvements, identifying data integrity issues and implementing proactive solutions.

Five (5) or more years of SAP HCM implementation and functional experience.

Knowledge of SAP HCM core functions: Personnel Administration (PA), Personnel Development (PD), Org Management (OM), Benefits Administration (PA-BN)

SAP development experience in one or more of the following: ABAP, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Gateway

Working knowledge of software development life cycles methodologies

Experience in SAP Functional Development & Support

Experience working with SAP development, configuration tools and UI technologies.

Human Capital Management integration, Finance, CATS modules experience
