What You'll Do:

• Leverage Salesforce to enable the organization's future-state business capabilities, which can enable or alter business processes or practices that, in turn, drive the organization's targeted business outcomes.
• Continuously and practically applying Salesforce technologies to new and evolving business processes
• Identifies process re-engineering opportunities that optimize use of Salesforce capabilities in alignment with communicated strategic goals
• Engage key business stakeholders to facilitate both strategy and innovation planning.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture and key organizational stakeholders to define a strategic plan for leveraging integrated business architecture as part of the enterprise architecture.
• Provide strategic consultation to business unit partners in defining or designing business capabilities, processes, functions and organizational structures, as well as in researching, identifying and internally marketing, selling and enabling technologies based on business and end-user requirements.
• Seek ways to apply new technology to, and reuse existing technology for, business processes
• Advise on options (evaluating actively how out-of-the box, configuration and customization approach), risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business processes and system priorities.

Minimum education qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience gathering requirements from the client and/or business and documenting in Features and User Stories
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings effectively with varied audiences, including team planning meetings, with stakeholders, business subject experts, etc.
• Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes required
• Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally
• Ability to problem solve even when facing multiple priorities and conflicting, inaccurate, or incomplete data
• Previous P&C Insurance Experience is a must
• Experience managing development activities in Salesforce orgs. Platform Developer 1 certification expected, Platform Developer 2 is a nice to have.
• Expertise in Salesforce Enterprise, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex Classes/Triggers, SOQL, SOSL and Force.com API.
