RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Salesforce Administrator who will support the 22 new Lead store associates in their effort to drive sales at the store level. Summary:This resource will be tasked in creating a single customer view within Salesforces utilizing existing data in order to create new reports/views within the platform. The Salesforce Administrator will develop a Salesforce configurator in order to build out Personas/Dashboards for the 22 new Lead associates. Additionally, they will work to establish connectivity with Salesforce amongst the various other systems/platforms within the client (MyView, Pro CRM, and Pipeline Integration). The goal of the Salesforce Administrator is to help equip the new lead store associates with tools in Salesforce to increase their ability to enhance the customer experience and capture more sales.REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience developing a Salesforce configurator
- Experience establishing connectivity amongst other systems
- Experience working with cross functional teams (Pro Intelligence, Pro Product, myView, OrderUp, Pricing, Pro Xtra, Supply Chain, and Post Sale UX)
- Ability to connect customer insights, order/quote details, and associate notes to drive CRM actions and increase sales
- Experience standing up full visibility of order lifecycle (akin to a "pizza tracker")
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
