Nordson Adhesive Dispensing Systems (ADS) sets the global standard in hot melt machines and dispensing, coating, and laminating systems. Manufacturers rely on our equipment for packaging, product assembly and surface treatment applications. With a leading services and support network, we help our customers worldwide increase manufacturing efficiencies and produce the highest quality products.

  • Plans, organizes, and controls the selling function of Nordson's products to Packaging OEM accounts within assigned sales and expense budgets.
  • Maintains detailed knowledge of Nordson products, prices, policies and procedures; knows which products best apply in all phases of assigned industries. Offers upgrades and alternatives when needed
  • Advises manager of new markets, changes in existing markets, competitors' activities (prices and product changes), and needs for new or redesigned Nordson equipment.
  • Maintains active contact with field sales force and other commercial sales teams to keep informed of and satisfy customer needs.
  • Organized and structured solution sales approach to existing as well as future customers
  • Passion for selling and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to interface and build relationships with customers, at all levels in accounts as well as vendors & co-workers.
  • Outstanding account management skills.
  • Outstanding technical aptitude
  • Understand and utilizes CRM to maintain detailed and accurate customer details
  • Performs other duties as assigned
