Position Summary

This is a great opportunity to join Getinge's Sales and Service Organization!

We are looking for a Sales Data Analyst interested in growing in a role supporting Corporate Accounts, in analytical and reporting capabilities to support the operations of Getinge's Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) contracts. The position will also support reporting and analytics in relation to customer Membership and Administrative Fees. The Analyst will work in a diverse team and reports directly to the Supervisor, Pricing & Contracts Healthcare Systems based in Wayne, US. The position will focus on building standard data to support reports such as GPO sales, pricing/margin analysis, Request for Proposal (RFP) submission data, and other ad-hoc reporting . Candidates for the position, should have interest in data and analytics to support a Sales team, and be able to develop strong relationships with internal partners.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Corporate Accounts Sales Data team to create data and analytics to support IDN documents and create GPO documents.
• Use MS Access, maintain the Corporate Accounts Master Repository. This requires timely communication to the team and ownership of Repository.
• Regular communication with Sales Data Analysts to review open items and top priorities.
• Use MS Access, maintain databases to track GPO/IDN monthly contracted sales reporting process.
• Support process of accurate payment of administrative fees to GPO's on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• Respond in a timely and accurate manner to assigned incoming contract tickets through our Freshdesk system.
• Work collaboratively with Data Analysts on Customer Service price loads and discrepancy resolution.
• Support the Membership team to validate and process Letters of Commitment (LOCs) for IDNs and GPOs.
• Work closely with Data Analysts to understand business needs, to identify, develop and implement enhancements for reporting and analytical deliverables.
• Run audits for various reports, as assigned, and report findings to the team.
• Handle assigned special projects and audits, and present findings to the team.

Background and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related Field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of related experience in a Sales Support or Finance position, which includes direct data analysis experience.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are a must. Commonly used Excel functions include Pivot Tables/Power Pivots, V-Lookups, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Macros
• Knowledge of MS Access will be a strong plus, but there is a possibility to become trained in this software.
• Experience with sales-related software applications such as SAP, COGNOS will be an additional asset.
• Able to synthesize various, independently generated, data points into cohesive reports.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
