SARSTEDT, a leading manufacturer and distributor of blood collection and medical devices, laboratory consumables and instrumentation, seeks a Sales Analyst for its US Headquarter.

Summary

Responsible for providing business development and statistical analysis support to the Sales Director and the Sales Organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as apparent or required by management.

  • Develops and maintains statistical sales reports for the Sales Division and Administration.
  • Provides accurate data to aid in the calculation of bonuses and sales performance commissions.
  • Maintains customer agreements, vendor forms, pricing within customer pricing portals, and initiates renewals when needed.
  • Responsible for preparation of visual management reports and running bi-weekly visual management meetings.
  • Monitors online portals for bids and completes relevant public bids for laboratory consumables.
  • Ongoing analysis of Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Responsible for supporting the Company's sales goals as determined by management.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Statistics, Analytics, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field required; and one to two years related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to apply pareto principles to solve complex sales problems.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access Database software.
  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers; talk and hear.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs.
  • This position requires a minimum of 10% national travel and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
