The RN / Registered Nurse will be on our Medical ICU - (MICU). The unit is a 12 bed Medical Intensive Care Unit, that provides comprehensive nursing care for critically ill patients with complex medical problems.

The RN / Registered Nurse is responsible for independently planning, coordinating, and directing those activities essential to the provision of quality nursing care for assigned patients; coordinating the medical plan provided by support service departments relating to the assigned patients; identifying and implementing nursing interventions and evaluates results; and demonstrating developing leadership qualities.

Qualifications:

• Current Maryland or Compact RN license
• CPR certification - AHA, Red Cross
• Associate degree in nursing required, BSN preferred, BSN to be completed within four years
• New Grad RN or Previous RN experience.
