Location: Brockton, MA
Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking a RN Case Manager in the surrounding Boston, MA area!!

This position involves home care visits focused on medical and mental health assessments in your choice of ONE town. (Medication management for mostly psych patients). This role allows you to work remotely between visits, work around your own schedule, and comes with a competitive and uncapped bonus structure. (Nurses easily clear 6 figures with the total package)

* $7,500 SIGN ON BONUS. Full benefits, mileage reimbursement, orientation, tuition reimbursement, 401k, etc. ($10,000 ADDITIONAL bonus for LYNN)

**HALF OF YOUR SHIFT IS SPENT AT HOME**

AM SHIFT (7AM-3PM)

PM SHIFT (12PM-8PM)

WEEKEND BAYLOR (SAT/SUN)-12 HR DAYS
