Exceeds customer expectations regarding service and knowledge of equipment/merchandise and managing inventory levels. Perform duties in a manner consistent with medical center philosophy and policy in areas relating to accounts receivable, public relations, and third-party relations.What we are looking for:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate Degree or at least 10 years experience in a medical setting required, BA preferred
Completion of medical terminology course or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a medical setting, required.
Must demonstrate competence in a medical insurance setting and experience with medical equipment and related products.
Retail experience and/or customer service experience required.
Previous management experience preferred.

Ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically with other employees and with the public regardless of economic status, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability or ability to pay.
Must have computer experience and knowledge of information processes.
Must possess sufficient logic skills to make necessary judgment expediting work flow.
Must be detail orientated and able to prioritize.
Ability to understand, interpret and explain insurance benefits.
