Responsibilities
- Monitors sales floor to avoid/deter theft of merchandise.
- Serves homemade products such as candy apples, fudge, and gourmet chocolates to guests in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Maintains cleanliness of sales floor. Cleans display tables, fixtures and gondolas as needed. Performs general cleaning duties such as dusting fxtures, emptying trash, sweeping, mopping etc.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the workspace including cash wrap.
- Stocks shelves, fixtures, gondolas, counters and racks with merchandise. Retrieves boxed merchandise from back storage areas to stock the sales floor.
- Operates cash register and gives correct change.
- Displays merchandise and suggestively sells products to guests emphasizing key selling points or sales promotions.
- Demonstrates and sells merchandise to guests utilizing knowledge of products.
