RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Report Developer in Phoenix, AZ.Summary:As a member of the Software Engineering team, the Report Developer will work on the development and maintenance of cloud-based reports for our internal stakeholders, external partners and customers. This includes automation of report distribution and quality control. This role will be a key addition to the existing reporting that leverages our cloud enterprise data warehouse solution to provide recurring and ad-hoc data, reports, and insights to support our expanding analytics needs. Contribute to the long-term strategy and technical architecture, as well as the short-term scope for a multi-phased data integration plan. Responsibilities:
  • Build and deliver business intelligence KPI reports and dashboards that provides insights into the data, drive business revenue and maximize outcomes
  • Produce analysis to meet business needs
  • External stakeholder reporting (payers, employers, partners, etc.)
  • Management reporting (dashboard of key metrics that drive our success)
  • Financial analysis (financial planning and analysis, FP&A)
  • Operational reporting (tracking key metrics of operational success - engagement and net yield)
  • Collaborate with business users, product managers and engineering teams to capture business and technical requirements, and maintain a strong understanding data organizational structures, testing approaches, reporting deliverables, and relevant healthcare issues and industry initiatives
  • Coordinate with respective teams to resolve data conflicts and improvements
  • Increase efficiencies; Identify opportunities to improve quality and reduce cost
  • Communicate status and progress of report development efforts to the respective stakeholders


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a field demonstrating technical expertise, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience working in a data warehouse and BI environment with strong ETL and reporting skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases
  • Experience using an analytics platform such as Microsoft's PowerBI
  • Experience working with large volume of data in a healthcare environment
  • Critical thinker and problem solver with strong analytic modeling and technical skills
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a business setting
  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
  • Strong written communication and team member skills
