Remote Senior Software Engineer - PST Only We are one of the leading U.S. commercial real estate debt managers, with approximately $20 billion of assets under management. With offices in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, San Francisco, and Dallas, we originate, acquire and manage first mortgages, B-notes, mezzanine debt, and preferred equity.

The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for the continued maintenance and development of our commercial real estate loan origination and asset management platform. This position involves collaborating with business users and product managers to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies. The Senior Software Engineer is a 100% remote position but must work in the PST time zone, and report to the Director of Software Development
What You Will Be Doing - Be a proactive business partner and liaise with various functional users across multiple business units to understand their issues and requirements, and identify opportunities for process improvement and IT solutions.

- Ensure that applications meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.

- Maintain application databases and implement solutions to ensure business operational continuity.
