Remote- Regional Field Asset Protection Manager (21009860)
The Sr. Manager Field Asset Protection is responsible for managing and coordinating all Asset Protection functions within a given market to achieve maximum loss prevention and protection of company assets. Candidate can be based from NYC, Charlotte, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Las Vegas, Southern California, San Fransisco bay area, Seattle, Chicago or Nashville.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead programs within assigned area to aid in the prevention, detection and resolution of, internal theft and external theft through structures restaurant visits, cash handling auditing, investigations and analytics review.
Lead programs within assigned area to ensure OSHA Health/Safety Compliance
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships, building trust through fairness, honesty and openness
Effectively communicate training and educational coaching for restaurant leadership and restaurant associates with an eye toward prevention versus incident response
Ensure the effective utilization of physical security controls in assigned locations to prevent and improve inventory shortage and ensure associate safety
Provide constant review of informational resources to uncover operational losses through procedural auditing.
Serve as security subject matter expert supporting ETD and FL teams across assigned regions
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university.
5-8 years of restaurant or retail asset protection/loss prevention.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Advanced level of administrative and technical knowledge in retail loss prevention/asset protection systems and techniques.
Must possess high level of written and oral communications skills, the ability to coach/influence on all levels.
