Based out of greater Boston, we are a well-established, industry-leader sales enablement platform for health plans/healthcare. We use cloud-based technology to empower our clients to quickly configure and sell health plans and compliance products that differentiate them from the competition! Due to growth, we are looking for a talented Product Owner to hit the ground running and help take us to the next level. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in product ownership in the healthcare SaaS vertical. We are a close-knit group and wear many hats. We've been in business a long time, but always looking to adapt, learn, and grow.

What You Will Be Doing The PO is responsible for driving end-to-end discovery, roadmap, functional and non-functional requirements elaboration, functional design, delivery, and adoption of the related product capabilities for the target market. The PO will report to Director of Product Management and collaborate with a cross-functional team to define, design, and deliver the capabilities.
What You Need for this Position 3-5+ years of experience in the following:

- Product and Plan Management (PPM)
- Workflow (WF) capabilities
- Healthcare payer industry preferred
- Agile teams and continuous improvement
- Own sprint planning and burndown to ensure that work is being delivered on time

- Work with Engineering leads to ensure that features are ready for technical design
- Building detailed functional specifications
- Web-oriented design best practices
- SaaS platform capabilities and partner tools
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
