Remote Peoplesoft Developer/Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our IT Program/Analyst team as a PeopleSoft Developer/Analyst. The ideal candidate is someone who can multi-task and prioritize effectively, work independently, and communicate efficiently with individuals throughout the company.

Pay is $80,000+/yearly. Capability to work fully remote is available.

JOB SUMMARY

The Peoplesoft Developer/Analyst supports development and integration of new solution modules for HR and Payroll. The Peoplesoft Developer/Analyst completes operations and maintenance and small enhancement work within the system.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Performs designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting system enhancements including online, batch, reporting, and interface customization throughout the production lifecycle.
• Develops new Peoplesoft custom processes
• Troubleshoots and resolves production related issues.
• Develops and provides support for various third-party vendor interface integrations.
• Other duties as assigned

SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience working with PeopleSoft 9.1 North America Payroll and HCM (3+ years).
• PeopleSoft HCM development experience (3+ years) - PeopleTools 8.51, SQR, nVision, Crystal Reports, Security.
• User Acceptance Testing experience.
• Experience developing custom PeopleSoft solutions to meet business requirements.
• Experience in business requirements analysis.
• Strong technical skills using Application Designer tools, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, Workflow, Crystal Reports, and nVision.
• Ability to write complex SQL writing using Peoplesoft delivered objects.
• Experience in working on inbound / outbound interfaces using SQR is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter, quick learner, able to work in a team environment, and to complete work independently.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to sit at a desk in front of a computer for the entire work day.
• Ability to communicate clearly on a phone.
• Reading and writing work-related documents in English.
• Speech recognition and clarity, including the ability to understand the speech of customers and co-workers and the ability to speak clearly so that you can be understood by customers and co-workers in English.
• Constantly communicates and receives verbal communication with other employees.

• Typical office equipment (computers, multi-extension phone system, fax, copiers, scanners, among others).
