A sales and service position with a primary goal of helping customers by discovering financial needs and processing transactions. The Relationship Banker will provide an outstanding customer experience by resolving customer issues, opening new accounts, and offering convenience services. Sr. FSRs will also partner with the branch team and specialists (loan officers, financial consultants, and business bankers) to ensure our customers have access to experts who can help them achieve their financial goals. Primary transaction person. Operates with more authority and experience than a Financial Service Representative. This position will have greater lending and basic investment interactions and will participate in more complex banking conversations with customers.
