Job Summary

Job Duties
• Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care.
• Deliver excellent nursing care through evaluations, planning, implementation, and documentation while serving a diverse patient population with complex concerns.
• Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
• Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

• 1+ years of experience.

Medical Unit - N3S is a 32 bed general medical unit, specializing in adult complex conditions with a main focus on respiratory diseases. Our nurses work closely with the physician, care manager, social worker, and PT/OT to ensure we deliver high quality/safe care to our patients
