Pottstown Hospital is a 219-bed, acute care hospital offering an extensive range of services, including inpatient and outpatient, medical, surgical, diagnostic, emergency care, a nationally recognized Cancer Center as well as primary care, family practice, and pediatric offices. With 260 physicians representing 40 medical specialties, we serve the healthcare needs of residents in Pottstown and surrounding areas.

Our Emergency Room, is the second busiest in Montgomery County, seeing more than 40,000 patients a year. We're 1,150 healthcare professionals strong, and our team of physicians, nurses, staff, and volunteers is focused on exceeding expectations while delivering compassionate, safe, quality care.

The registered nurse develops, implements and evaluates the nursing plan of patient care and implements the medical plan of care in collaboration with all disciplines.

Qualifications

Education Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing

Experience

• Relevant Experience

Certification and Licensure

• PA Registered Nurse Temporary Practice Permit or Registered Nurse License
