Overview

For a limited time only, Reading Hospital will be offering a $10K Bonus (for RNs with a minimum of 12 months experience) or a $7,500 Bonus (for RNs without experience).

$10K Bonus paid out over two years ($2K within first 30 days of hire, and then another $2k every six months for 2 years)

$7,500 Bonus ($2,500 within first 30 days of hire, and then $2,500 at 1 year and 18 months of service)

Must maintain FTE of 0.6 or higher in a Bonus eligible unit.

Responsibilities

The registered nurse develops, implements and evaluates the nursing plan of patient care and implements the medical plan of care in collaboration with all disciplines.

Performs non-invasive cardiac testing (treadmill stress, nuclear stress, echo stress). Assists Cardiology and Anesthesia with TEE and Cardioversions.

Qualifications

Education Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing

Experience

• Background in cardiovascular nursing is helpful

Certification and Licensure

• PA Registered Nurse Temporary Practice Permit or Registered Nurse License
