Location: Warren, MI
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Home Health RN to support the Warren, MI area for a 8-week W2 contract assignment.
- Summary:
- Title: Home Health RN
- Location: Warren, MI (mileage is reimbursed)
- Hours: 8 hours per day (Mon - Fri)
- Type of engagement: ongoing contract (8-week assignment)
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Support patient recovery and ability to stay at home - enabling them to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy
- Empower patients and families to reach healthcare goals by educating them on disease management
- RN License in MI
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse, home health experience preferred
- Current driver's license
- Current CPR and BCLS certification
- MUST have Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) and HBHC experience
