Overview

As a Regional Staff Accountant, you will work directly with Customer and Manufacturing facing personal as we automate our entire business process from Order to Cash. Your role will be to ensure we have an appropriate level of process adherence and internal controls as we transform our business systems.

This is a regional role that supports our Ogden UT and Chandler AZ locations. We value your ability to work on site at one of these locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial subsystems adequately capture financials transactions in a timely and accurate manner. System to include customer order processing, cost of manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and capital acquisition, etc.
  
• Supports month end close with journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial analysis.
  
• Support key process stakeholders through daily and weekly interaction that provides a clear financial perspective while seeking to understand operational realities.
  
• Other duties that support the financial success of the region.
  

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree preferably in finance or accounting
  
• 2+ Years of relevant accounting/finance experience
  
• Data analytic skill set in area of data base extracts, data re-normalization, and reporting. Tableau and/or MS power query expertise highly desired
  
• Working knowledge of Manufacturing Standard Costs, in a Tier I ERP system (SAP, Oracle, MS AX)
