RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement action plans for individual order
• Arrange project closure meetings and conduct project negotiations as
• Ensure engineering, operations and project managers are advised and understand order profiles prior to order acceptance.
• Interface with territorial agents as
• Responsible for both new equipment and upgrade / retrofit
• Compile customer data and meeting / trip reports
• Develop personal relationships with strategic customer
• Meet with prime customers on a regular basis (Domestic and International)
• Maintain a good working knowledge of all products and
• Effective and clear delivery of product presentations
• Compile and issue accurate product quotations and proposals
• Organize and attend trade shows as
• Determine customer strategic goals and
• Develop full understanding of customer
• Develop and maintain accurate order forecast
• Assist in the collection of general marketing
• Seek out and advise regarding competitor products and
• Develop complete and accurate equipment specifications with
• Convey clear and concise specifications requirements in a timely
• Develop a detailed working knowledge of and follow internal
• Become proficient in our ERP system to allow for swift and successful costing, quoting, and order placement
• Conduct business in accordance with company and legal compliance
