This remote position offers the opportunity to manage, develop, and expand our business within designated accounts. We're looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a field-based environment and is eager to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. Specific responsibilities include: Manage, develop, and grow the MilliporeSigma Reference Materials business within assigned territoryProactively seek out new business opportunities within the territoryCollaborate closely with MilliporeSigma Account Managers, Product Management, R&D and Marketing to achieve financial targetsAchieve sales goals exceeding ~$10 million for Reference Material products within the assigned territoryMaintain a strong focus on understanding and managing customer needs in a proactive and professional mannerBuild and maintain relationships with customersManage the end-to-end sales process for assigned productsPrioritize selling activity by mapping key contacts and decision-makersMaintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscapeStay updated on technical product knowledge and scientific advancementsDevelop and maintain a short and long-term opportunity pipelineInvolves up to 30 % travel

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Chemistry, or other Life Science discipline 1+ years of life science sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:

PhD in Chemistry or other Life Science disciplineUnderstanding of analytical testing techniques including chromatography and/or mass spectrometryProficient in effective sales techniques, business acumen, and presentation skillsProficient in written and verbal communication skillsStrong commitment to ethical business practicesGoal-oriented and self-motivatedOrganization and time management skills RSREMD
