As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and interviewing high quality applicants through a variety of resources, focusing on brand awareness with our customers and within our communities. As an ideal candidate, you will have solid networking, customer service and creative problem-solving skills, as well as enjoy learning about different roles

Job Description * Experience Required: 1 to 3 years * Experience Desired: Applicant Tracking System, digital sourcing, high volume full cycle recruiting and networking experience * Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent plus 18 months to 3 years of additional training Job Responsibilities * Execute full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and hire. * Develop sourcing plans to attractive and convert top talent for corporate hourly, professional, and executive level positions. * Use innovated sourcing methods inclusive of research, social networking, direct calling, campus outreach, and networking to identify talent for all assigned searches. * Act as an employment brand ambassador and helps to drive candidate interest in career opportunities. Demonstrate the ability to sell Giant Eagle's Team Member value proposition by understanding and utilizing candidates' varied interests to tailor market messages to be as compelling and persuasive as possible. * Develop and maintain strong customer relations with hiring managers by taking the time to clearly understand business need(s) and define the profile for the ideal candidate. * Serve as a business partner to hiring managers by coaching them on best practices in recruiting, interviewing, selection and extending offers. Communicates regularly with hiring managers regarding status of open searches. * Meet diverse slate goals for open positions by using various sourcing tactics. * Act as a liaison between agency and hiring managers for the purposes of coordinating launch meetings, scheduling interviews, debrief meetings, and processing candidates within the ATS. Ensure agency has a solid understanding of recruiting goals and business objectives. * Demonstrate the ability to be a self-motivated independent worker who needs limited supervision to achieve goals. Organize time and schedule to ensure all weekly, quarterly, and annual goals are met. * Gain a strong understanding and have your 'finger on the pulse' of the corporate landscape in terms of understanding industry trends as they relate to hiring practices, compensation, benefits,perks, and work environments that are attractive to top talent. Have intel of competitor practices, giving Giant Eagle the ability to stay on trend and continue to remain relevant in recruiting corporate talent. * Demonstrate flexibility and fluidity in regularly changing work based on business need. * Partner with peers to develop innovated sourcing tactics aimed at meeting goals. * Assist with deployment and tracking of sourcing initiatives/strategies aimed at generating quality candidates while maintaining an emphasis on a diverse pool of talent. Regularly communicate to the designated talent acquisition manager. * Manage projects as assigned.
