Salary: $18-$20/hr
Environment: Office/Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers professionally.
Answer calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Provide admin support, including data entry and filing.
Assist with inventory management.
Collaborate with the team for a seamless customer experience.
Resolve customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction.
Stay informed about company products, services, and policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
SAP software knowledge
experience preffered but not required.
Previous customer service or clerical/admin experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
