1198209 Receptionist $40K+ - Dynamic Role at a Multi-Service Firm

A multi-service firm has an immediate need for an outgoing and proactive Receptionist to join their team! Responsibilities will include greeting guests and clients, answering phones, helping with billing and opening cases, ordering office supplies, being a liaison with vendors, and providing backup support to the secretaries. Additional responsibilities include assisting legal assistants and paralegals with edits, filing, and pleading indexes. The ideal candidate will be someone who has an interest in the law or related field has 2+ years of relevant professional work experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, exceptional time management skills, and the ability to articulate and communicate clearly. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team with the potential of growth within the organization!
