SES Construction and Fuel Services LLC is growing! We are seeking a talented Quality Control Manager/Site Safety & Health Officer to join our dynamic team, a subsidiary of Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH).

Responsibilities

This is a dual hat position for both Construction Quality Control Manager and Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO). As the QC Manager, your responsibilities include overall management of the Contractor's Quality Control (CQC) with the authority to act in all CQC matters for the Contractor, SES Fuels & Construction Services, LLC. Your, or your designee's, duties include maintaining current records of quality control operations, activities, and tests performed, including the work of subcontractors and suppliers. The referenced records shall be on an acceptable form and shall include factual evidence that required quality control activities and/or tests have been performed. As the SSHO, you are responsible for the overall management of the Contractor's Safety Program. You have the authority to act in all safety matters for the Contractor, SES Fuels & Construction Services, LLC. Your, or your designee's, duties include maintaining current records of safety operations, activities, training, monitoring, and inspections performed, including the work of subcontractors and suppliers. The referenced records shall be on an acceptable form and shall include factual evidence that required safety training, monitoring and inspections of the work site have been performed.

Project Scope of Work

This is a design-build renew and repair humidification system and domestic water system at Vance Air Force Base (AFB), in Enid, OK. Repair and renew the domestic water system and humidifier at the existing Vance Clinic for Vance Air Force Base, Enid, OK. Scope includes complex mechanical, domestic cold-water piping, and building automation system connections to monitor water softness, softener status, and alarm conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • USACE CQCM Certification - course completed within the last 5 years
  • OSHA 30 Card - course completed within the last 3 years
  • 1st Air/AED/CPR - course completed within the last 2 years
  • 5 years' experience of similar size and complexity
  • As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable references and background check results.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to maneuver around work sites, see, hear, and verbally communicate with co-workers and clients. Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time; frequent opportunity to move about and to work outside the office environment for extended periods involving exposure to the elements with weather that will include extreme heat, cold, wind, rain or other inclement weather, walking over rough and uneven surfaces, and routine lifting of up to 35 pounds. If required, must properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times including but not limited to; hard hats, steel toed boots, eye protection, respiratory protection, and hearing protection. Must maintain a constant state of mental alertness at all times. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Working Conditions

Job is performed in a combination of office and outdoor site locations. The office setting includes exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Outdoor settings include walking, driving, and carrying supplies throughout all seasons with exposure to heat and cold conditions, and potentially wildlife. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and loud noise.

Compensation

Full Time Exempt Salary: $105,000 - $130,000
