Work Schedule: Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime, Hours and shifts are subject to change.

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Location: Shepherdsville, Kentucky

Meet the team:

• Dexcom is adding the UPS Distribution Center to our North America Third Party Logistics (3PL) network. This new UPS 3PL will take over fulfillment of Dexcom commercial volume for the Eastern United States as well as some other locations based on volume & transit times. The services/operations at the new UPS 3PL for this commercial volume will be Receipt of Product, Acceptance of Product, Storage of Product, Pick, Pack, and Ship.

Where you come in:

• You will report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager based in Mesa, Arizona.
• Your role will consist of overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure Dexcom requirements as well Regulatory Compliance requirements are being met.
• Your role will be to act as a liaison between the Dexcom Operations & Quality team and the UPS Operations & Quality team. The goal will be to simplify and standardize Quality control at the Shepherdsville 3PL facility.
• You will also be put in a support role with new business implementations such as warranty orders and return goods processing.

• Your success will be measured by the goals and competencies set by the Dexcom Quality Assurance leadership, your ability to work well with others, and keep open communication with Dexcom leadership based in Mesa, Arizona.
• Must haves for this role include but are not limited to: Experience with Warehouse Management System Software, ERP inventory management systems, Excel, Smartsheet, QMS electronic database systems such as Cloud PLM and EtQ Reliance.
• Nice to have for this role include ISO 13485 Lead Auditor Training, CAPA coordination experience, and experience working in a Regulated Industry such as Medical Device, Combination Product, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology.

Experience and Education:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.
