All Sogeti Prospective Candidates Must:

Possess a Bachelors and/or Masters Degree from anaccredited institution.

Be a US Citizen or a current permanent resident Green Cardholder. Sponsorship now or in the future is unable to be provided for thisrole.

Be currently residing in the Chicagoland area. Non-localcandidates will NOT be considered as onsite will eventually be required.

Willingness to travel/commute throughout the entire Chicagolandarea possibly including to as Far North as Waukegan, once allowable and safe.

You will collaborate directly with Capability Managers,Project Managers across various functional areas to gather information on scopefor projects in pipeline and forecast/estimate for projects. You willcontribute to estimation and planning, risk assessment, contingency planning,tracking and management of progress, issues, risk and resources.

We are looking for a bright minded, self-motivated, teamplayer with a strong background and skilled with a high degree of intellectualcuriosity and abilities with:

Participating in requirement walkthrough and design reviewsessions.

Ensuring test process, methodologies and tools are appliedappropriately and that test phase entry/exit criteria are agreed to bystakeholders and applied by the test team.

Defining test strategy, test plans and gain approval fromstakeholders.

Working with business/UAT team to define testscenarios/test cases, execute test cases and update test results.

Prioritizing testing tasks based on goals and risks ofprojects and ensuring testing milestones, activities and tasks are completed asscheduled.

Collaborating with business teams to define UAT Test plansand strategy.

Ensuring all sign offs on deliverables (overall teststrategy, test plan, test cases, etc.) and that testing meets governancerequirements.

Collecting and reporting quality metrics report of testingactivities such as testing results, test case coverage, required resources,defects discovered and their status, performance-baselines etc.

Presentation of metrics dashboard at the end of a phase orat the completion of project.

Identifying opportunities for automation of test projectsand providing recommendations for the same.

Leading and mentoring fellow QA Analysts regarding testingbest practices and processes.

Technical Requirements & Specific Experience Needed:

10+ years of Managed Testing Services experience managing~60-80+ staff, 10M+ in revenue, Automation, Innovation, Industrialization - Transformation expertise, skilled leadingGDM Delivery, understanding Performance Metrics, KPIs/SLAs, Profitability andFinancial Management and ability to align with Clients at Director level andabove.

Application Testing (Web testing, Functional andPerformance testing)- Ability to design, plan and execute application testingstrategies and tactics to ensure software quality at all stages of applicationdevelopment.

Managing Multiple Priorities - Ability to manage multipleconcurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities. Effective judgment inprioritizing and time allocation.

Standards, procedures, policies - Understanding of andability to use and administer the organization's policies, practices,standards, and procedures.

Quality Management - Knowledge of quality managementmethods, tools and techniques used to create and support an environment thatmeets the needs of the organization.

Project Management - Knowledge of and experience with toolsand techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling projects.

Application Delivery Process - Knowledge of major tasks,deliverables, formal methodologies, and disciplines for delivering new orenhanced applications.

SDLC/Methodologies -Knowledge of overall functions of SDLC,experience with Waterfall, Agile, Iterative methodology

Onsite/Offshore Model - Experience working inonsite/offshore model and understanding of challenges and complexities in themodel

Testing Best Practices - Should have knowledge abouttesting best practices and experience in Agile methodology.

Certified System Test Professional (CSTP) and CertifiedTest Manager (CTM), Project Management Professional (PMP).

Experience in HP Quality Center, QTP, IBM Rational toolsetand LoadRunner.

Experience in functional automation testing.
