RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Python Developer in Salt Lake City, UT.Summary:In this position, the Python Developer will use your skills in translating high level requests into interfaces that are simple, intuitive, and enjoyable to use. You will get to leverage your love for scalable software and code through working on a product that's created to transform an industry. You will be on a small, tight-knit team, meaning you'll get to have a big impact.Duties Include:

• Python Developer will work with DevOps and Product Managers to ideate software solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• As a Python Developer, you will create security and data protection settings
• Write technical documentation
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software applications
• Collaborate with the product team to define high-level requirements for product development
• Design web interfaces giving users an intuitive and enjoyable experience of the Destination Operating System
• Clearly communicate design decisions and rationales to peers and stakeholders
• Conduct research and brainstorming sessions to develop user flows and compelling user experiences

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or relevant field
• 8+ years of experience as a Python developer or similar role
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
• Linux Environment
• Cloud experience
• Web Applications
• Front End experience

Nice to have:

• GitHub
• Analytical mind and experience with information architecture fundamentals
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills
