Compensation: $87,380 annually
Due to rapid expansion in all of our clinics, we are offering a $4,000 sign on bonus in addition to up to $12,000 in annual performance incentives . We are eager to be able to continue to serve clients in our service areas and need you to make this happen!
The Psychologist provides direct patient care (assessment, individual, family and group psychotherapy) to patients on any designated unit in a psychiatric setting. Creates treatment plans and all other necessary, relevant patient-care related documentation. Discusses patient’s responses to treatment and discusses individual treatment progress with specific Program Director and treatment team members, when applicable. Conducts psychological evaluations with assigned patients on preadolescent, adolescent, and adult units. Provides clinical supervision with Psychological Interns, Psychological Residents, and Practicum Students as assigned by the DCCO of Clinical Services.
Other responsibilities of the psychologist:
• Provide initial evaluation and assessment interview within 72 hours of patient admission
• Develop appropriate treatment plan to provide service during hospitalization and provide aftercare recommendations
• Conduct individual, group, and family/couples therapy and/or psychological testing
• Maintain appropriate documentation within time frames stated in policies
• Work with interdisciplinary treatment team members
• Abide by HIPPA laws
• Remain current on organizational standards such as (but not limited to) CALM, CPR, and Essential learning Abide by all professional and corporate ethical standards

Doctorate degree obtained from an APA accredited academic program in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
Licensed Psychologist, valid in Missouri
