I am representing 2 reputable Heavy Highway / Roadway construction companies that specialize on FDOT / Roadway / Highway projects. They value company culture, offer opportunities for growth, and have a great pipeline of ongoing / upcoming work.
What you'll need to succeed
- 4+ years of relatable Superintendent experience
- Majority of experience on Roadway / Heavy Highway (FDOT) projects
- Experience with Asphalt, Paving, earthwork, grading, utilities, drainage
- Must have experience managing self perform crews
