Your role:

As Project Manager WCI in the Supply Chain & Distribution program, you join the Working Capital Initiative team and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Your role will be to support the program lead "Supply Chain & Distribution". This program is one of four separate, but interlinked programs within the Working Capital Initiative.

In this role you will run work packages within the Supply Chain & Distribution program such as Excess and Obsolete Management; roll-out of new Supply chain planning approaches and other packages as they are identified. You will work in close collaboration with the program lead, but also run work packages on your own. This includes specifying the work package approach and run work streams, steering the project team towards a common result. Based on a hypothesis-driven approach you will run pilots and be heavily involved in the implementation and coordination of the execution. You liaise with the entire WCI team and cross-functional project teams. Furthermore, you will drive change and act as a change agent.

Who you are:

Minimum Requirements
• Associates Degree in business, engineering or related field
• 4+ years in Operations and/or Supply Chain

Preferred Requirements
• Experience working in an international environment
• Experience within a matrix organization
• Deep understanding of processes
• Business understanding paired with profound operations expertise
• Strong communication skills maneuvering in global context
