Project Manager - Multifamily *Job Title: Project Manager*
*Location: San Antonio, TX, Dallas, TX or Austin, TX*
*Salary: $120K-$140K*
*Requirements: Multifamily, Podium, Wrap, Apartments*

We're a Texas based Multifamily General Contractor that specializes in providing general construction services for multifamily developments of all product types. Our team is actively looking to add a Project Manager to our team for a long-term opportunity. Majority of our projects range from 200-350+ units with project values anywhere from $25,000,000 - $45,000,000.

What You Need for this Position 8+ years overall construction experience
2+ years project management experience
Ability to manage a project from start to finish as a stand alone PM
Garden style/wrap/podium experience
OSHA 10 certification
College Degree
