Job Details:
- Driving Quarterly Exec Status report sent to senior-level Engineering Program Management Steering Committee members.
- Drafting and finalizing all newsletters (quarterly and monthly)
- Project Manager for site migration to a new platform
- Running the entire operations of Engineering Program Management training
- Reviewing and editing educational materials
- Negotiating contracts and fostering relationships and processes with vendors
- Handling all SOWs, purchase orders, and invoices
- Budget management
- Creating "playbooks" explaining how various business operations within the education team are run.
- Proactively looking for ways to improve products and services
