About the job:

Are you a creative mind with a passion for marketing? Do you have strong leadership and interpersonal skills and the ability to conceptualize our brand promise "Expect Something Special"? If so, this is your opportunity to bring your innovation and drive to Member Access Platform (MAP.) This role will solely focus and support work stemming from our MAP team. We are looking for a bold and passionate producer to help bring digital advertising campaigns to life.

What you'll do...

As a Producer for Creative Operations, you will ensure the successful creation and delivery of creative assets supporting MAP. Responsibilities of this position include setting up schedules, trafficking assets, communicating status and priorities with client, creative and business teams, driving project milestones and ensuring the on-time delivery of quality assets. Must be able to handle heavy volume, many stakeholders, and many projects at any one time.

You'll make an impact by...
  • Building relationships: you'll use your listening and influencing skills to build partnerships with internal business partners, creative & content team members and clients
  • Managing the day-to-day campaign operations:
    • Leading multiple, complex, and concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables/timelines are being met
    • Parse feedback to appropriate stakeholders and ensure all changes are implemented at each appropriate stage
    • • Organize information, prioritize and maintain attention to detail, and accurately follow procedures.
    • • Maintain positive and productive relationships with all clients, team members, peers, managers, etc.

Position Description
  • Guides and moves digital creative projects through the production process
  • Ensures the timely execution and delivery of creative projects
  • Communicates digital creative project progress across the organization
  • Supports and aligns efforts to meet creative objectives, as well as meet client and business needs
  • Enhances the productivity of the Creative team and business stakeholders through excellent organization, project tracking, coordination and communication skills.
  • Navigate and operate in multiple Project Management tools
Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years in account or business operations management and/or marketing is required; online advertising industry experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • Experience with the digital design process, design execution and roles on a digital design production team
  • Understanding of project management fundamentals, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk and allocate resources
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
