  • Build flexible and scalable solutions that anticipate future change.
  • Create project artifacts including plans, budgets, risk assessments, stakeholder analysis, user requirements documents, user stories, test plans, and launch documents.
  • Produce concise project and program updates.
  • Facilitate decision-making meetings that ensure inclusion, diversity of thought, and alignment with senior leadership vision, goals, and strategy.
  • Use creative problem-solving skills to analyze complex business problems and recommend solutions.
  • Perform Return on Investment (ROI) estimates to recommend project prioritization and to release schedules.
  • Maintain industry and HR awareness and use domain knowledge to recommend process improvement, automation, and tool changes. Know how to quantify potential impacts and propose change to senior leadership.
  • Establish close partnerships with all stakeholders.
  • Own the identification and mitigation of project risks.

What you'll need:

  • Demonstrated analytical, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in Project Management methodologies (Predictive/Waterfall, Agile, Lean), risk management, change management, and strategic planning.
  • Prior execution of multiple enterprise-wide projects to successful completion, on budget and on time.
  • Advanced user of SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong experience with project management & team collaboration programs (MS Project, MS Teams, Jira, Smartsheet).
  • Organized self-starter.
  • Strong bias for action even in ambiguous situations.

Nice to Have:
